The Lancia Delta Integrale has a compelling history as does this particular car, which is now for sale at £16,750.

This site gives more detail than you are likely to find on any other Integrale, is unbiased and an honest appraisal of this vehicle.  I know how painful it can be to travel for many miles to view a vehicle which is not as it was described - this is why I created this site.

I have been asked by the current owner, a family member, to sell the car on his behalf as he's a busy guy.  I am not a motor trader, do not make a penny from this deal and wish to stress that this deal remains strictly a private transaction between the current owner and buyer.  I currently possess the vehicle, near the address shown on this site and viewing will be strictly by appointment.  Having gone to exceptional lengths to document this vehicle the price remains at £16,750 - we firmly believe this represents excellent value in return for a solid vehicle.

Having said I do not make a penny, this opportunity gave me an idea for a business.  Building sites like this and documenting the car fully and also researching the history of the vehicle for the seller.  I'm aiming my services at clients with "exotic" motors.  Included in any price agreed to help market your vehicle will be pro-shots like you've seen on this site.  As an additional service, both seller and buyer will be presented with a memory stick full of the shots of their pride and joy.  This is a completely custom service, so what the client wants, they get.  Prices will be on request and different for every client.  If you are interested in talking, go to the "Contact" page and get in touch.  Anyhow ...

Chassis number 000569218 was originally built to UK specification as an Evo I, or Montecarlo as they were sold in UK.  It was purchased in 1992 in Surrey, by a wealthy Emirati and shortly afterwards was exported back to Dubai where it would spend the next 8 years in his private collection of vehicles.  We understand that he traded in a Mercedes to buy the  Lancia, which at the time would have retailed around £23,000.

The above story is validated by the second owner Chris K, who I managed to contact in 2011 and is further illustrated by the many original stamps in the service book.

It was in 1995 that Chris K purchased 000569218 from the original owner - he was and still is working in Dubai.  The deal was brokered by  McLaren cars (no less) and at this time there were only 4 Evo I models in Dubai.  Chris even seconded his 'collection' by buying a yellow Evo II, imagine having 2 Integrales on the driveway!

Chris exported 000569218 back to the UK using John  Whalley Integrale in August 2000.  John Whalley was and still is one of the  leading experts in Integrales - he even used to rally them.  Chris ran 000569218  until he sold it in November 2002 to Mike G.  Chris cites his reason for parting with 000569218 as a passion for expensive boats, though he kept the Evo II and only recently sold it.

Mike G ran 000569218 until mid-2006.  We know this from the extensive paperwork that comes with this vehicle - the site documents all of these and you can view every piece of paper I have!  I have been unable to speak with Mike yet, but he clearly cherished this car and as all previous owners before him, no expense was spared on maintenance with renowned
specialists.

Mike G sold the car to Tristan D who used reputable specialists to maintain 000569218.  Tristan D sold the vehicle to Ian T, the current owner, in April 2007 as he was after one of the last air-cooled Porsche 911's manufactured.

The current owner is a Trader in the City of London.  Owning an Integrale was a boyhood dream - the posters on the bedroom wall were all of Integrales.  Living in Kensington, the chances of driving this wonderful vehicle  are limited and with a baby on the way in November - the final straw in being able to continue ownership of this icon.  000569218 has been stored since 2007 in a warm, dry basement car park in Kensington.

Shortly after purchasing the vehicle in 2007, Ian visited John Whalley Integrale where some bad news was delivered.  The car required a new engine and some minor chassis work - John discovered a scored cylinder and £5,500 was spent on rebuilding the engine and other works required to bring this car into fantastic condition.  Since then, apart from having an alternator fitted and a new battery, this car has been very reliable and is a joy to drive thanks to the full suspension geometry performed by John Whalley Integrale.

The documentation for this car includes the correpondence between Ian T and John Whalley, the invoices detailing the restoration work and an inspection report carried out in September 2011 by an Italian Car Specialist in Birmingham.  We want this sale to be as transparent as possible, no stone will be left unturned to give potential buyers an honest and full appreciation of this wonderful vehicle.

Wade through this site, e-mail me or call me - I will do everything possible to ensure you receive what you are looking for.  This has to be one of the best Integrales on the market today.

Many thanks,

Ian Baird.
